Abstract(in English) This paper describes efficient acquisition of common concepts among humans and robots (infant agents; IAs) by focusing on A) automatic concept acquisition based on learning bias, or constraint, B) automatic acquisition of dialog strategies. In A), we propose to incorporate constraints, that is observed in human infant learning, into a concept acquisition system based on an on-line EM algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve efficient learning. In B), we propose an automatic acquisition method of dialog strategies for efficient concept learning applied to the interaction between two agents. The experimental results showed that agents implemented with a Dyna-Q algorithm can acquire efficient strategies, and the efficient teaching strategies include sophisticated interaction to confirm counterpart's comprehension level.
