| 抄録(和) | 本報告は, ロボット(Infant Agent; IA)と人間, あるいはロボット同士が共通の概念を効率よく獲得する方法を, A)制約を考慮した効率的な概念自動獲得アルゴリズム, B)概念学習を効率的に行う対話戦略の自動獲得, の二つに焦点を当て検討を加えている.A)では, Online-EMアルゴリズムに基づく画像オブジェクトの概念学習法に, 基準分布との比較に基づく属性毎の確信度, および人間の幼児に観察される学習バイアス(制約)を実装する方法を提案し, その有効性を概念獲得実験から示す.続いてB)では, 二体のIA間での概念学習を対象に, 学習を効率よく進める対話戦略を自動的に獲得させる手法を提案し, Dyna-Qを用いた強化学習を実装した戦略獲得実験を行う.実験結果からは, 対話調整機能が概念学習に重要であること, また獲得した戦略には相手の理解状況を効率よく推定するものが含まれることが示された. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper describes efficient acquisition of common concepts among humans and robots (infant agents; IAs) by focusing on A) automatic concept acquisition based on learning bias, or constraint, B) automatic acquisition of dialog strategies. In A), we propose to incorporate constraints, that is observed in human infant learning, into a concept acquisition system based on an on-line EM algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve efficient learning. In B), we propose an automatic acquisition method of dialog strategies for efficient concept learning applied to the interaction between two agents. The experimental results showed that agents implemented with a Dyna-Q algorithm can acquire efficient strategies, and the efficient teaching strategies include sophisticated interaction to confirm counterpart's comprehension level. |
