Abstract(in English) This paper focuses on the real-time transmission of the video and audio through broadband Internet infrastructure. We developed Internet-aware collaborative video transmission mechanism using consumer DV. Smoothing the bursty traffic generated by the video frame data, this system enables collaboration between other Internet traffic. Audio data jitter caused by the equalization of the bursty traffic is also being solved. By using adaptive congestion control mechanism for the real-time video and audio transmission, TCP friendly connection through the Internet is insured and will also decrease the transmission packet losses.
