Abstract(in English) To support high quality streaming media distribution services over IP architecture based network, it's important to catch service quality in real time, and to detect a sign of deterioration. In this article, we show the method to estimate service qualities in each of user flow, to detect a sign of deterioration. Additionally, we show the effect of this method using degradation Mean Opinion Score.
