Abstract(in English)	The spread of Internet technology has brought a lot of convenience to our life every year. On the other hand, many Internet crimes, such as fraud, leakage of personal information, are also happening. We propose network infrastructure system named "FACCIO NET" that is secure and can trusted closed network. And we introduce method of network construction architecture using distributed agent. FACCIO NET features that user authentication is mandated in advance of network use and software certification is mandated in advance of network connection.
