Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Some auto-answer systems have been developed. For example, the auto answer system by the telephone which is based on the voice recognition and the system by PC which is based on character recognition are known. On the other hand, the artificial chatting is known as the algorithm to continue the conversation. The main aim of the artificial chatting is not the understanding of the contents but to continue the conversation. In this paper, we propose some techniques to continue the conversation more naturally in the artificial chatting. And we develop an auto-answer system using our method. Furthermore, we consider the possibility that it can be used for supporting the marketing, i.e. the information gathering and sending.
