| Abstract(in English) | In this writing, encourage local resident the active communication propose a new elementary school children-based local community that assist community information and local revitalization in Kochi. In the first stage, focus attention on digital divide in aging society, and conducted information literacy class for elderly people with elementary school children. This information literacy class has some possibilities of local community initiatives. |
