Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, in the current society where businesses using the internet have infiltrated, a technology that offers a stable service quality regardless of unexpected load or disturbances by assigning resources to services on demand has emerged. However, in real operations at data centers, etc, the total amount of resource is limited, and in cases where the load exceeds a permissible value, degradation of quality arises due to competition for resources between services. In this research a resource allocation technique that considers not only system operators but also users' benefits is proposed.
