| Abstract(in English) | In the quality assessment of high-quality communication services such as wideband speech and stereophonic telecommunications, it is important to assess not only simple one-dimensional opinions, but also on a multi-dimensional scale that characterizes the QoS in a way that takes into account the richness of the services. We have proposed a framework of an opinion model for high-quality speech communication services that estimates the overall conversational quality taking into account psychological factors. This report describes the relationship between transmission factors and psychological factors, which are extracted based on conversational quality evaluation experiments, for developing the proposed opinion model of high-quality speech communication services. We formulate the relationship based on subjective quality evaluation experiments, which include various transmission quality factors in high-quality speech communication services. Then, we demonstrate the validity of the proposed formulation. These results lead to the conclusion that the proposed opinion model accurately estimated the overall conversational quality by using transmission factors when we applied the proposed model to an unknown data set. |
