Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, in oil and chemical industries, there is a topic to extract and express the operating skill of skilled operators and to success the skill to younger operators. In order to success the operation skill, we should first clarify what the operation skill is. In this study, the authors assume that information acquisition action of operators is one of important factors of the operation skill. Therefore, the places in control panel where an operator looks at in plant operation are experimentally analyzed to clarify whether there are differences of eye movements between a skilled operator and a novice operator. From the results of experiments, the watching points of operation panel reduce according to the increase of operation skill in a control type operation without happening an anomaly.
