Abstract(in English) Recently social needs bring about increase in around-the-clock stores and unmanned stores. Since unmanned stores do not need personnel costs, customers can buy something or utilize some services in unmanned stores at a low or moderate price. However it is required to respond to customer requirements or complaints immediately. The purpose of this research is to develop the comprehensive management system for unmanned stores such as ATM machine banks, coin-operated car washing stations, coin-operated parking lots that increase recently and for self-service stores or stations with a few employees such as self-service gas stations that also increase recently.
