Abstract(in English) | The accidents due to human error are occurring frequently, and problems in technical, system and illegal actions taken by human are the reason behind the accident. In this report, illegal actions taken by human are focused taking JCO Tokai village disaster as a case study to explain how the information grasping and transmission are related to the illegal actions taken by human in the accident. Then, a training program of information representation skill is proposed as one of the methods that will help to reduce such accidents and its applicability is explained. |
