| 抄録(和) | 本研究は, 4つのコミュニケーション状況(一対一会話場面, 要請・説得場面, スピーチ・プレゼン場面, 集団作業場面)における「話の上手さ」特徴の抽出と, 認知者の社会的スキル(KiSS-18, JICS)による注目点の相違を検討することを目的とした.大学生108名から得られた自由記述をKJ法により分類し, テキスト型データ解析ソフトWordMinerを用いて分類のクラスター化および対応分析を行った.その結果, 4つの状況に共通して, 基本的なスキルや察し能力の高い人は相互作用の調整のような高度なスキルに関連した行動に注目する傾向が見られ, 注目する特徴数も比較的多いことが示された.その一方で, 自己抑制能力が高い人が注目する特徴は少なく, 抑制といった側面に関連していた.したがって, 認知者として保有する社会的スキルの内容と水準が, 「話の上手さ」認知に影響を与えることが示された. |
| 抄録(英) | The purpose of this study is to find a structure of communication abilities on four situations (dyadic conversation, persuasion, presentation, and group activity) and to examine the effect of social skill on perception of skillful communicator's features. Using text mining techniques, cluster analysis and correspondence analysis of text data from 108 undergraduate students were conducted. The results showed that students who were high level group of social skill or of Perceptive Ability paid attention to many skillful behaviors like abilities of adjustment of interaction. On the other hand, high level group of Self-Restraint paid attention to only a few features of skillful communicator, and that features were related to ability of restraint of behavior. These findings suggested that the level of social skill had an influence on perception of skillful communicator's features. |
