Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is difficult to effectively convey our thoughts when the communication channel is text-based. Our final goal is to encourage this conveyance by using information about human sense of values (HSV). One way of extracting the similarity of HSV (SHSV) is to employ the opening phrases made by people in turn taking. Subjects examine about one hundred opening phrases and questionnaires are used to rate the strength of agreement/disagreement. This paper presents the results of analyses of user type in terms of gender and age and provides qualitative tips towards guidelines for designing a better statement database and an algorithm to infer SHSV.
