Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Two main results are established in this paper. First, we present the expression of the space rotation in terms of complex numbers and the formulas for obtaining the direction of the rotation axis and the rotation angle in the explicit forms. Second, those formulas are applied to the determination of three dimensional motion parameters from two perspective views. In our approach two views of tree points and the physical X -coordinates of three points in the two views are needed. Good results can be obtained in the presence of noise.
