Abstract(in English) | In this report we address issues to be considered in introducing new systems and services based on computer technologies for signed language processing. The design method called user-participation, or user-centered design is considered in respect to characterization of a user group and real users as individuals. We introduce a certain hypothetical system for text-to-sign translation, and consider its use environment from the viewpoint of social welfare. |
