| Abstract(in English) | Since 1996, Telecommunications Advancement Organization of Japan (TAO) has been working on research and development project of broadcast software authoring technology for a sight-and-hearing-impaired person. The aim of this project is realization of the closed-caption production system for the efficient closed-caption production of television broadcasting in off-line using natural language processing technology and speech processing technology. This report describes outline of the project, latest research result, and a future plan. |
