Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper shows a framework of task-oriented dialogue planning considering emotions. First, the effect on the task-oriented process by emotions is classified into two sorts. For instance, one is an emotional restriction for the task and the other is an emotional interruption to the task execution. Next, an example in realization of an invitatory dialogue is given. Plan-knowledge (or, dialogue state model), emotion arousal, emotion reasoning, goals by emotions, and restrictions (or, criteria) are shown. Finally, an intelligent agent was constructed and we confirmed that the agent could generate dialogues as we expected. Thus, we could propose a framework of the integrated planning.
