Abstract(in English) | Holographic memory with the refresh system using two photorefractive crystals is expected to realize Holographic Random Access Memory(RAM). However, in this method, it is necessary to defeat fanning noise that is main cause of degradation of output signal and decrease in SNR. We propose a new optical noise filter system using a random phase diffuser, which can be used in holographic refresh systems to obtain high quality output signal and achieve higher SNR, by suppression of fanning noise between the two crystals. |
