Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The cell fabricated by evaporation of SnPc thin films are sandwiched between transparent electrodes (Al, Ag or Ag) and it works as an organic solar cell. The induced electric field in the cell by applying the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) was enhanced by a factor of 3.84 for Al/SnPc/Ag cell and 1.85 for Al/SnPc/Au cell, respectively. Photocurrent by applying SPR was enhanced by a factor of 5.78 for Al/SnPc/Ag cell and 3.78 for Al/SnPc/Au cell, respectively.
