| Abstract(in English) | We propose a new structure of an optical transceiver module for optical access network systems. In order to realize low cost module, we adopted an inexpensive TO-can LD and a simple structure of optical receiver with ferrules, a WDM filter and a PD flip-chipped on a Flexible-Printed-Circuit-board. The module can be easily used for high speed systems because of low cross talk. |
