Abstract(in English) We review the past, present and future development of a passive type optical frequency comb generator technology. The new Waveguide-type optical frequency comb generator with a high finesse (>60) LiNbO_3 waveguide Fabry-Perot modulator was realized. The comb span of 12THz with 25GHz spacing was generated when the microwave driving power of 0.5W was applied to modulator. Multi-wavelength sources based on comb generator with 50 channels, 50GHz spacing is also presented.
