Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Studies on paraphrasing are very important instruments in various research topics as automatic summarization, sentence generation, and question-answering. We in this paper propose a new approach to automatically extract paraphrase in lexical, syntactic and semantic levels using multiple cues extracted from linguistic resources as dictionary, thesaurus, parallel corpus and WWW, and cues from linguistic observations. This approach is applicable to many natural language tasks.
