Abstract(in English)	The UHF (950 MHz) band passive Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system became usable by the revision of the Radio Law in April, 2005. Based on the RFID Reader of European and American specification, propagation characteristic of the RFID system has so far been measured in National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) and a new RFID Reader has been developed based on the measurement. In this paper, we introduce the newly developed RFID Reader which suits the revision and report the correspondence to the amended spectrum mask, the measuring method, and the characteristic evaluation results.
