| 抄録(和) | 大地震等の災害が発生した場合、安否確認等のため通信需要が急増する。有限な周波数資源を用いる携帯電話は、余分な容量の確保が難しく、多くの呼損が生じると考えられる。この問題について、各通信要求の通信時間に上限を設けて、それ以上経つと通信を強制的に切断する通信時間規制制御が検討され、呼損を十分に少なくできることが示されている。しかし、強制切断する以上、再呼が発生し、それにより呼損が増加することが考えられる。本研究では、再呼が通信時間規制制御に与える影響を調べ、再呼の発生により呼損率等が上昇することを示した。さらに、その対策として、通信要求毎にシステムが受け付ける再呼回数に上限を設ける再呼受付規制を提案し、呼損率の低下等、再呼の影響を十分に少なく出来ることを示した。また、適切な再呼受付上限回数についての設定方法の検討も行った。 |
| 抄録(英) | When a natural disaster occurs, there is a huge increase in the number of calls placed through mobile cellular systems and many are blocked due to limited radio-frequency resources. To reduce the number of blocked calls, a method limiting the holding time of calls, that reduced the call-blocking rate considerably, was proposed. However, the forced termination of some calls results in call re-attempts. We have now examined the influence of these re-attempts on the performance of the method to limit holding time. The results showed that the call-blocking rate increased greatly with call re-attempts. Thus, we proposed an admission control method for call re-attempts that significantly reduced the call-blocking rate. We also give a consideration on an appropriate number of admissions for call re-attempts. |
