Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to evaluate the performance of Multi-Input Multi-Output (MIMO) communication systems accurately, MIMO channel sounding is necessary. However, it is important for us to process the enormous amount of data from the sounder in a proper and easy-to-understand manner. In this paper, a Dynamic Integrated platform for multi-DimensiOnal data analysis, DINO is proposed. In DINO, through the visualization of the obtained data by recreating the propagation channel virtually in a computer, a fundamental link between the measured data and the physical environment can be established. A raytracing software is used to simulate the virtual propagation scenario and the simulation results of a 6-D Unitary ESPRIT MIMO sounder is shown with the proposed platform DINO. An example that utilizes DINO for MIMO communication system design will also be presented.
