| 抄録(和) | ホモダイン方式の受信機を実現するやり方としてデュアルLOミキサを二重極性切り替え型ミキサとして用いる方法を提案する。本稿では、1入力-1出力の増幅器に対し、2入力-1出力のミキサではイメージ周波数帯域の雑音の影響があり、NFは、理想乗算器を用いたミキサの場合には3.01dB、極性切り替え型ミキサでは3.92dB、偶高調波ミキサでは6.02dBそれぞれ劣化するが、二重極性切り替え型ミキサでは7.84dB劣化することを明らかにする。この程度のNFの劣化であれば、受信機のレベルダイヤを多少見直すことで実用上問題のない総合NFを実現できると考えられる。 |
| 抄録(英) | A new homodyne receiver architecture is proposed. The proposed receiver possesses dual local mixers (i. e., three-input-multipliers) for directly converting the RF signal to the baseband. When the dual local mixer is used as a doubly-polarity-switching mixer, the noise figure (NF) is sacrificed by 3.92dB compared with that of a conventional polarity-switching mixer. The damage can be easily recovered by increasing the power gain of the RE amplifier in the receiver. |
