Abstract(in English) | Research and development of Rescue Robot Technology(RT) is getting popular in Japan, and most of them are mainly related to a large scale disaster in urban area. However, we should remember that not only in urban area, all Japanese national land has high possibility of great earthquake. This fact had been rediscovered by NIIGATA-CHUETSU Great Earthquake in 2004. In this report, a basic investigation of Rescue-RT application to the coupling disaster is reported based on the experience of the author. The similarity and difference between earthquake disaster in urban area and earthquake-snow coupling disaster in mountain side is discussed here. |
