Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Digital filters with flat group delay responses are useful for many applications of signal processing. In this paper, we propose a new design method of IIR inverse chebyshev filters with flat group delay responses in passband. In the proposed method, we first derive a set of linear equations from the flatness condition in passband. Then, an initilal filter with a flat passband frequency responses is obtained by locating a set of initilal zeros in stopband. Next, from the initial filter obtained, we formulate the design problem used complex Remez algorithm as the eigenvalue problem. Therefore, an equiripple responses in stopband can be achieved by iterating to solve the eigenvalue problem. Finally, we show some design examples of lowpass, bandpass, bandstop filters.
