Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We numerically analyze characteristics of all-optical 3R circuits using the cascade of second harmonic generation and difference frequency mixing in periodically poled lithium niobate devices. Ultra-fast 3R operation at the bit rate of 200 Gbps can be expected by using a 1-cm-long waveguide device.
