Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Printed antennas are widely used in the wireless communications because of the advantages such as low profile and easy fabrication. Highly accurate analysis methods are required for numerical design of the printed antennas. In this report, a numerical method using Galerkin MoM for block modeling is proposed for the analysis of an antenna in the vicinity of dielectric scatterer. Accuracy of the numerical integration for evaluating the self and mutual impedance between the dielectric blocks is improved by exchanging the order of differential and integral calculation. The block modeling is also improved by introducing polarization current mode normal to the surface the dielectric body. The numerical results are compared with experimental data demonstrating the validity and high accuracy of the proposed method.
