Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | A simple differential voltage comparator, which uses a simple logic threshold conversion circuit is proposed. This comparator can detect the difference between two input signal voltages. We used a conventional 0.35μm CMOS process parameters for HSPICE simulation. And the results showed that the proposed differential voltage comparator dissipates low power and has a superior overall performance when compared to the previous comparator. When compared to the previous work, the proposed comparator dissipates 43.1% less power. |
