Analysis of Interrupted Service Defects by using Three-Element-FMEA

Abstract(in English) This paper describes necessity of service reliability study, definition of service and its reliability, and three-element FMEAs considering person-environment-equipment and person-environment-person for service reliability analysis. Next, it is considered several cases that a service system is interrupted by other service systems. Finally, analysis of potential defects included in an interrupted service system is carried on with the three-element FMEA as a trial.
