Abstract(in English) There are many kinds of blood purification treatments and they are used for suitable sickness. The patients are treated continuously for 1, 24 or 48 hours in them. When the blood purification treatments take place, there are various notes. One of them is reduction of blood pressure according to reduction of Ht values. Ht values defined as the rate of red blood corpuscle in blood, the values depend on the patient's water balance within the body. The medical workers refer to changing Ht values in blood purification treatment and obviate reduction of blood pressure. If the changing Ht values can be predicted in blood purification treatment, medical workers can dispose expeditiously and medical accidents may be prevented by this prediction. In this study, the Ht values in leukocytapheresis(LCAP) are used for prediction. LCAP is one of the blood purification treatments. We tried whether Ht values in 1, 3 and 5 minutes later can be predicted using the back propagation neural network(BPNN).
