Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper some methods of determination of diastolic blood pressure during exercise were discussed. Blood vessel sounds, ECG, and cuff pressure were recorded simultaneously to a personal computer through a A/D converter. Subjects were 15 healthy male students. They performed pedaling exercise with a incremental loading method. Spectral analysis of blood vessel sound was applied, but clear determination for diastolic pressure did not exist. The further studies are need to determine diastolic pressure accurately during exercise.
