Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Active Integrated Antenna for wireless power transmission is considered to be one of the promising candidates for Space Solar Power System (SSPS). The AIA for SSPS requires an effective hestsink system to gain output power of over 1W as well as its compactness and high-efficiency. To realize a 2D-array configuration with utilizing the AIA concept, the heatsink structure should be configured in the limited space. In this study, an active integrated antenna with integrated heatsink structure is proposed. As the first step, amplifiers with folded-board structure with a plate heatsink are fabricated and the electrical performance is investigated.
