Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the report, we examine thin light wave absorber for ETC on the back of the problem of mis-operation at the ETC toll gate. Therefore, the composition of wave absorber is one layer type. The absorption layer consists of light carbon particles which are lighter than magnetic particles and the modified polyamide resin. And, it paid attention to the density change in the absorption layer, and wave absorber is designed from the measurement results of material constant by waveguide method. As a result, thin light wave absorber for ETC whose density of absorption layer is about 1.43g/cm^3 and thickness of it is about 1.99mm is met ETC standard Type-A.
