Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Disturbance from Information Technology Equipment (ITE) is evaluated at the distance of 10m by the specification of the international publication. The measurement is also carried out at the distance of 3m. The limit of disturbances are specified for each measurement distance, and the deviation between the limits at 3m and 10m is 10dB. This gives the illusion that the deviation of the measured disturbance using the specification is in proportion to the distance. However, investigation results indicate that the measured disturbance is not in proportion to the distance ratio. In this report, we calculated site attenuations or electric field strength in the frequency range of 30-1000MHz using the method of moment at the distance of 3m and 10m when the radiation source was a dipole antenna, a small loop antenna, and the imitating equipment. Based on the calculation results, the distance dependences were investigated, and the results suggested that the deviation of trace length between the direct wave and the refection wave and the directivity of radiated electromagnetic field from EUT were mainly influenced to prevent the proportion of the measured disturbances deviation and the distance ratio, and we could not settle the problem as long as we used the measurement method. This report also present that the method which can estimate the disturbance level at 10m distance from the measured results at 3m distance.
