Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Standard measurement methods for SAR including recipes of have been discussed by international organisations to evaluate the mobile telecommunication equipment. For frequencies above 1 GHz, grlycole type liquids are to be standards. Although the contents of the ingredients are shown in recipes, possible difficulties such as ageing are not clearly informed. We measured the time dependence of permittivities and conductivities of grlycole based dielectric liquids, and discussed its influence on SAR. The experimental results suggest that permittivities decreased with time and conductivites were almost constant. SAR, however, was not affected significantly by the change of permittivities.
