Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, wireless LAN and Bluetooth in the 2.4GHz band have rapidly been developed because of their excellent usefulness and abilities. This frequency band is however shared with the ISM equipment and hence electromagnetic disturbances produced by the equipment (especially microwave ovens) may cause serious interference to those wireless systems. In order to estimate the quality of a communication link under interference, this paper tries to a model for microwave oven noises that consist of FM pulses synchronized with the driving voltage of a magnetron. The proposed model exhibits very similar characteristics in the waveform and spectrum to the disturbances produced by a microwave oven in the 2.4GHz band.
