Abstract(in English) Recently, it is important for the guarantee of delay to grow in the Internet. Diffserv and Intserv are technology to realize QoS control. Especially, Diffserv is scalability technology. This paper proposes a new active queue management scheme for AF services provided that RIO, WFQ and EDD are used as the basic QoS control mechanisms in the Diffserv network. The proposed method dynamically controls queue threshold of RIO and bandwidth allocation of WFQ taking account of sojourn time and size of head of line packet, and beginning EDD taking account of sojourn time. Simulation results show that proposed scheme reduces the packet loss.
