Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Mobility support described in Mobile IPv6(MIPv6) introduces route optimization eliminating the delays associated with the continued use of tunneling via the home agent. However, network mobility, which is standardized in the Internet Engineering Task Force(IETF) Network Mobility(NEMO) working group, is a realistic scenario to which route optimization is not currently applicable. As a solution of the problem that derives from the fact that mobile network's router conceals the mobility from the mobile network's nodes, we proposed the extended return routability test specification in MIPv6 using an address binding table in order to establish a reliable direct path between each mobile network node and its correspondent node. This paper describes extended proposal to realize efficient process of routability test and reducing a traffic load between a mobile router and an access router.
