| Abstract(in English) | For the secondary and tertiary distribution, metadata attached to distributed content will have significant role for the content to be re-used, re-edited, managed, and promoted. Such metadata includes information on presence, rights management, retrieval, quality, adaptation, context of contents. Our research on digital-commerce (d-commerce) targets on the area of metadata management, distribution, and portal technologies. In order to make good cycle of content industry, promotion policies on financing to human resource cultivation, production, and Content Delivery Network (CDN) should be taken. And metadata controlled CDN will further enhance the cycle. However, if digital content distribution gains momentum, new content creators will start to appear and user can have wider range of selection of content by using broadband network. This will lead to the enhancement of content quality, improvement of visibility, and the realization of industry with greater scale. |
