Abstract(in English) This research acheeved measurement of the design which made transmission wiring for input and output to the 0.18um node CMOS differential inverter, and also made the transmission structure of power/ground pair with the low impedance. As a result, 6Gbps operation was performed. When variation of characteristic impedance was designed, the result shown that the small both characteristic impedance of signal wiring and power/ground pair is excellent. It became clear that especially realizing high-speed performance had the large effect of the transmission of a power/grand pair structure.
