Abstract(in English) With performance improvement of CPU, improvement of signal transmission ability between LSI became indispensable. And the signal transmission speed on a printed circuit board arrived at GHz level. In signal transmission at GHz level speed, a signal reflection noise and a cross-talk noise become more remarkable. Furthermore, a resistance loss, a dielectric loss, and signal deterioration by structure such as a through-hall become a problem newly. By this report, I clarified the influence that a physical phenomenon such as reflection noise and a cross-talk noise in GHz level speed differential bus wiring gave to signal integrity by analysis.
