Abstract(in English) This paper reports on a development of a new tunable Laser Diode (LD) module based on the specification of "Integrable Tunable Laser Assembly Multi Source Agreement (ITLA-MSA)". The module has an arrayed DFB-LD structure to cover the full C-band wavelength, and is able to lock one of that with 25GHz spacing using etalon optical filters. In addition, the output optical power and the wavelength can be tuned by controlling the elements in the module, that are Semiconductor Optical Amplifier (SOA), DFB-LD and two independent TEC controllers. Moreover, two kind of dithering technique, that are Amplitude Modulation (AM) and Frequency Modulation (FM), are also realized. In this paper, we introduce the structure of the module and its performance such as stabilities of output wavelength, power consumption and so on.
