Abstract(in English) We describe the experimental results of wavelength conversion using direct-bonded QPM-LN waveguide. A 0dB wavelength conversion based on χ^<(2)>-cascaded pumping scheme is achieved in the 1.5μm telecommunication window. Moreover, we describe the application of QPM-LN waveguide to the non-telecom use. A visible laser which based on sum-frequency generation and a mid-IR laser which based on difference frequency generation using pump laser which designed for telecom use is described.
