Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, majors of doctors are divided into terribly lots of fields. However, especially in the thinly populated area, it is actually not a rare case that a doctor has a patient not in his/her major. Consultation' is a typical solution in such case and it means a consultation of assessment and/or medical treatment plan to remote another doctor. One method of realizing it is non-systematic one using telephone, FAX, or letter. Another is systematic using a dedicated hardware and/or dedicated software. However, they are not sufficient. In this paper, we propose an intermediate method. It is semi-systematic and reduces the problems in the conventional methods. We have implemented a pilot system and obtained good evaluation from some doctors in active.
