Frequency-Division Multiplexed Readout for STJ Array Detectors

Abstract(in English) We proposed a readout circuit of Superconducting Tunnel Junction (STJ) array detectors. The proposed circuit based on a frequency-division multiplexed readout by applied AC bias current of different frequency to array STJs. An STJ was placed in a balanced bridge circuit, connected a resonance circuit for select output frequency. When photons irradiates to the array STJ, the output signals are frequency multiplexed in an output signal line. We designed a circuit consists of two STJs which output frequencies of 20MHz and 40MHz, respectively. We have successfully confirmed its correct operations using the JSPICE3 superconducting circuit simulator.
