| 抄録(和) | 高齢者介護において, 福祉器機の開発などの様々な研究が行われている.一方では介護者側へのサポート体制やシステムの開発も介護の質の向上に寄与する重要な課題と考えられている.本報告では, 介護者へのサポートを目的として特に難聴に注目し, 高齢難聴者を介護する人々を対象とした支援マニュアルの試作を行ったので, その結果について報告する.支援マニュアルは, Web上の公開を考慮してhtmlで試作している.マニュアルは, 難聴による聞え方の理解, 補聴器の取り扱い, コミュニケーションへの配慮等, 介護者が支援場面で必要と思われる知識と対応法を中心とした構成としている. |
| 抄録(英) | In nursing care for elderly, various researches such as development of assistive technology device are performed. On the other hand, it is the important problem that the development of the support to the caregiver side contributes to the improvement in quality of nursing. In this report, we have been made a support manual for the people who take care of an aged hard hearing person. Then, the support manual has been described by html in consideration of a public release in Web. The content of this manual is composed centering on knowledge and the correspondence method that seemed to be necessary in the support scene of consideration to the handling of understanding and hearing aid and how to communications to person of presbycusis etc. |
